The International Council of Nurses states that the unique function of the nurse is to assist the individual sick or well, in the performance of those activities contributing to health or its recovery that he would perform unaided if he had the necessary strength, will or knowledge. And to do, this is in such away as to help him gain independence as rapidly as possible. Our Christian Hospital Seva Sansthan School of Nursing believes that a basis in Nursing should prepare Nurses for first level position in Nursing both in the Hospital and Community. To achieve this, our school is having the opinion that good unit of basic scientific principles of communication and learning are essential, as nursing is believed to be a profession influenced by scientific and technological advances.
Provide preventive, promotive , restorative and emergency health care to individuals and community as required. Provide treatment of minor ailments. Provide skilled midwifery services to all mothers in the community and refer neonates and mother at risk to hospitals.
